    Oversight of RFI and RFP governance documents for public infrastructure procurement within a high-profile downtown development, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance.

    Toolkit and training program to build community resilience, youth engagement, infrastructure protection, and revenue generation through culturally aligned emergency preparedness.

    Coordinated the planning of a cultural arbor to serve as a gathering space for ceremony, intergenerational learning, and cultural events.

    Supporting grant identification, writing, and coordination to advance an Indigenous-led cancer care centre focused on holistic and culturally grounded services.

    Proposal for a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) to support readiness for federal funding. The CNA focused on child and family services infrastructure, ensuring project alignment with Indigenous Services Canada's capital funding criteria.

    Visioning and design support for a year-round cultural gathering space that reflects the identity, teachings, and values of the Alexander community.     Proposal for seven culturally aligned guidebooks to support governance, program delivery, and financial management for health directors. Topics include Grant Writing, Orientation, Financial Management, Program Implementation, Social Determinants of Health, Emergency Management, and Policy Development.
